Humor me for a moment here ok? Something has been bugging me for a few months now.......
Stacy has been going hard against a gal who runs a horse rescue - one she is not dealing with personally, but has one of her besties trying to adopt a wild mustang from.......
Since I do not know that besties name I will call her Lena.
Now Lena entered into a contract with this rescue, agreed to certain things in the contract and then failed to live up to her part of the contract, but that is not really the important part.
Lena has zero experience with wild horses, is not set up to receive a wild horse and cannot / will not purchase food for the horse while it is being trained - which would indicate she cannot / will not do so if she ever got it home.
When Lena broke the terms of the contract, Stacy pushed her and pushed her into trying to sue this rescue over the horse. WHY? What business was it of Stacy's - unless Lena was actually getting the horse for Stacy.
Stacy is trying to open her own 501c3 non profit that will use horses for therapy of veterans.... So she says....... A mustang would be a definite draw for people because they are such magnificent horses.
So, what if Stacy talked Lena into adopting this horse with certain promises like she would pay for everything, all Lena had to do was name only...... Then when Lena did not honor the contract because she believed Stacy and the rescue cancelled the contract / adoption - this is when Stacy goes full on to go after this rescue for horse theft...... (Sound familiar?).........
What if Stacy had Lena convinced she didn't need to pay for training, that Stacy would do it herself and this is why Lena broke the contract, she believed Stacy and did not understand the contract she signed was legal and binding where a wild horse is concerned.......
Why is it Stacy is the one publicly going after this rescue, but the friend it happened to is NOT? Seems the friend should be more upset than Stacy......
So Stacy gets Lena into a shit position where she broke the contract and Stacy pushes Lena into trying to sue to get the horse or for financial gain..... (Sound familiar?)
Stacy, also admittedly, is seeking property to house her newly formed 501c3 on...... We all know she is not in a position to purchase property - she cannot even afford boarding for her own horses, or to pay for their care on someone else's property...... So how precisely does she intend to obtain property? To sue and try for a financial settlement or try to take someone else's property as she threatened to sue ME and Kim for our properties.......
Stacy going after this rescue over the wild mustang makes no sense unless the horse was for Stacy not Lena....... Then it makes all the sense in the world.
I am glad that contract / adoption got cancelled tbh..... Poor thing may have ended up like Diva, with conjunctivitis so bad she is now permanently blind and may need surgery to remove both of her eyes......
But think about it...... Lena isn't online ranting about how she got screwed over the mustang - only Stacy is..... Only Stacy is slandering this rescue every chance she gets. Stacy pushed Lena in filing a civil suit over the mustang........
It only makes sense if the mustang had been meant for Stacy......
I could be wrong, as I said.... What if?
I can see her doing that. She has nothing of her own so she manipulates others who have what she wants in order to get her hands on whatever she can. She also uses the legal system not only as a means of harassment but to try and sue anyone and everyone for her benefit.

She's also been posting on Facebook pages for homeless people asking how to get help and complaining because no ones ideas are good enough for her. Then she turns around and posts on her Facebook page a picture of her steak dinner stating how much everyone loves her and how she deserves special treats. She's crazy!
Maybe people should treat her the same way she treats her own animals........ It is sad for sure...... All her threats to sue me have not materialized because there is no case, just like she keeps saying I am gonna be arrested for horse theft - again no case as the watch commander explained to her...... Her animals went without shelter while she went to concerts, ate steaks etc...... Yet she swears she loves her animals........ Now we are left to raise the funds to spay & neuter her cats because she was never responsible enough to do it....... Yes she is a thief, that much is evident - her idea that the world owes her is delusional. As for being crazy, not sure on that but she has threatened suicide and I suspect (cannot prove) drugs may be involved - considering who she is surrounding herself with these days.......
DeleteShe already has burned so many bridges she can't find horse related work in the HD forcing her to drive way out of the area, she worked at MH for a minute, I don't know why she wasn't there last season, she has an extensive rental history full of evictions that go back decades preventing her from renting a house or apartment forcing her to beg accommodation from others, she has court ordered debt that will never be paid. She has used and abused so many people throughout her life I'm surprised it has taken this long , she is 57 yrs old, for her abusive behavior to catch up to her.
ReplyDeleteMy advice is to rid your life of her, sit back and watch her continue to destroy herself. I've been watching her for many, many years and it just keeps getting worse. She has nothing, her daughter is her only family member who talks to her and that is from a distance. Her oldest real life friend keeps her off her property and will watch her sleep in her truck out in the desert rather than house her or her animals.
She boasts on her own Facebook page because only there does she have control over comments deleting negative replies calling out her lies and blocking those who post them.
She is boastful because that is all she has, empty words, empty lies.
She threatens to sue everyone for "ruining my good name". What a joke.
At this point I am sitting back.... I have seen her rental history, something I suppose I should have checked before I ever allowed her to come here....... I have also seen the court ordered debt that shows no payments made at this point (not sure how that is recorded though)..... I know Jan at Sky's the Limit hasn't received a dime......... I also know she uses her "business" pages to stalk people when they have her blocked..... I tried to make sure I had them all blocked, probably missed one or two though LMAO ....... As for her threats to sue me..... I say let her there is this wonderful thing called discovery...... If she ever tries to file anything then EVERYTHING goes on record - meaning every place she ever housed animals, every animal control report, every eviction - all of it. I am pretty sure she does not want all of that slapped in her face again - as well as why 2 men are dead with the rumors surrounding those deaths. Yes, even that will be part of discovery...... I just wonder if her place of employment ever does random drug tests....... If they don't, they should......

ReplyDeleteOh I know she was using it as a manipulation tactic, I did not fall for it. But yeah when I tried to have an adult conversation with her she threatened to leave work, get her horses and walk off out into the desert to die together........ I knew it was bullshit and yes I have it in screenshots....... She plays the poor me card because of her husband and boyfriend dying...... I still have many questions on those....... But my day needs to be spent with my animals and giving them their best life, not allowing a narcissist like her to monopolize all of my time. Her world gets smaller by the day and her ability to con people gets less by the minute....
