Random Thoughts on Vicious Dogs and Their Irresponsible owner

 

 

Gripe…gripe….

So, I wasn’t gonna make a blog post about this but I am fairly sure the person blocked my texts, soooooooo…….

Yes, this is me griping 100% no denying it.

Every person has their own schedule. Some are up early, others are late night and sleep in. Good for you that you are up at 4:30 am every day. YAY for you. But, not everyone NEEDS to be up that early.

Some of us have been pulling late nights because of the heat. I have been up until 2 am taking advantage of the bright nights we have had. It is also so much cooler after 9 pm and doing things during the day has been impossible.

I have heard how you are supposedly such a great animal owner…….

Please do not even get me going on that one sheesh! Refusing to even bury your own dead cat…… But the latest issue only shows me that you have done nothing but lie and misrepresent things since we met.

The fact that you cannot even handle your own dogs is concerning. Their behavior is atrocious to say the least. I know more than you give me credit for……

I can appreciate dogs need to go out before you go to work….. But as I said, not everyone needs to be awake at 4:30 am….. It is disrespectful to NOT control those out of control dogs. Amanda’s dogs can cut up, play etc and it does NOT cause my dogs to flip shit. My dogs are well behaved and well trained about when to bark and when not to, as are Amanda’s.

Your dogs on the other hand do not even respect the person who feeds them huh? How is that leg by the way? It’s no wonder you are terrified of them going to animal control…… With their history they would for sure be on the short list in the back room!!!!!! You lied about their demeanor prior to moving up there. You 100% lied about those dogs and now you better pray they do not get out of that enclosure.

You have allowed those dogs to become what they are that is on YOU. Your failure to properly work with them, train them or socialize them has resulted in this last incident. Maybe those trying to convince others that you are such a great dog parent need to spend some time with your dogs…….

Sadly, it is not the dogs fault at all though, it’s yours. The way they lived at the previous residence made them aggressive (putting this mildly). Maybe you forgot but evictions are public record….. You forgot to mention that “extremely aggressive dogs”, “out of control dogs”, “dogs suspected of harming neighbor animals” “excessive barking and howling at all hours of the day and night” as any of the reasons you got evicted….. All of which you LIED about in order to secure a place to squat and take advantage of someone else.

You claim you are not going around Amanda’s dogs because you are afraid of them….. NONE of hers will harm a human or another animal!!! Maybe it’s because you are terrified of your own dogs it makes you afraid of all dogs????

Again, I ask, how is that leg? At this point you should think about your choice to keep these dogs. Fear of AC putting them down should be the LEAST of your worries. In California the OWNER can go to jail when a dog harms a human ya know.

That case changed laws in California. Considering what happened recently you should think long and hard about keeping these dogs. If you do one day they will put YOU in jail for their behavior. This last incident could have; our silence is the only thing that prevented it.

(a) The owner of any dog that has bitten a human being shall have the duty to take such reasonable steps as are necessary to remove any danger presented to other persons from bites by the animal.

(b) Whenever a dog has bitten a human being on at least two separate occasions, any person, the district attorney, or city attorney may bring an action against the owner of the animal to determine whether conditions of the treatment or confinement of the dog or other circumstances existing at the time of the bites have been changed so as to remove the danger to other persons presented by the animal. This action shall be brought in the county where a bite occurred. The court, after hearing, may make any order it deems appropriate to prevent the recurrence of such an incident, including, but not limited to, the removal of the animal from the area or its destruction if necessary.

(c) Whenever a dog trained to fight, attack, or kill has bitten a human being, causing substantial physical injury, any person, including the district attorney, or city attorney may bring an action against the owner of the animal to determine whether conditions of the treatment or confinement of the dog or other circumstances existing at the time of the bites have been changed so as to remove the danger to other persons presented by the animal. This action shall be brought in the county where a bite occurred. The court, after hearing, may make any order it deems appropriate to prevent the recurrence of such an incident, including, but not limited to, the removal of the animal from the area or its destruction if necessary.

(d) Nothing in this section shall authorize the bringing of an action pursuant to subdivision (b) based on a bite or bites inflicted upon a trespasser, or by a dog used in military or police work if the bite or bites occurred while the dog was actually performing in that capacity.

(e) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent legislation in the field of dog control by any city, county, or city and county.

(f) Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect the liability of the owner of a dog under Section 3342 or any other provision of the law.

(g) A proceeding under this section is a limited civil case.

It is YOUR duty to REMOVE the danger. Not tomorrow, not next week, not when you can but immediately!!!! Failure to do this will result in us being silent no more. It is that simple!!!

Your dogs have proven that you cannot control them. I ask again, how is that leg????

Two bites…. Hmmm  I know of 2 humans right now, I bet there is more though if we go speak to the guy who evicted you over in Barstow…..

Trying to pass of blame to random wild dogs is also BS…. I have cameras that point toward the hill…. Those cameras have plenty of recordings…… I have saved those recordings…… I am also installing 2 more cameras tomorrow……. Nothing is ever your fault. It is always someone else’s, something else’s. Not this time hun!

Amanda may be too kind hearted to say something, but I am not the bitch to fuck with when it comes to what is happening with those dogs.

Working in rescue I understand it is NOT the dogs fault it is 100% the owners fault. I feel bad for them but you made them this way and then try to minimize the issue. This rant is me trying to hold the dog owner accountable for the behavior of their dogs.

You have seen the law on the matter and no have zero excuse to deal with the problem. So, deal with it or Animal Control will. Photos and video will be provided to animal control if you fail to do what you are legally required to do.

For those supporting this dog owner, please go spend some time in the dogs enclosure I dare you! You push the idea that she is such a good pet parent……. Have you seen her leg or what happened to the one who helped her that day???? Stop enabling her bad choices with her animals!!! She is such a great pet parent that when her sick cat died she put the body in the covered patio and refused to deal with it herself. She was asked repeatedly to go bury it…… She refused to bury her own dead cat, someone else had to. She doesn’t even know where it was buried!!!!

There are zero excuses for what occurred that day. There are zero excuses for the lies she told concerning these dogs demeanors. The lies have to stop, and the issue must be dealt with by her, voluntarily, or the choice will be taken out of her hands.

It took me several days to complete this post since I wasn’t going to actually post it. I needed to vent….. But it needs said and she disregards any request to deal with the issue. I am sick of her blaming it off on anything but herself. As I said, more cameras are going up this weekend to gather more proof, that I WILL post if need be. She cannot argue with actual video footage.

Ok, off my soap box now and I do need to get outside and tend to my own animals. I am working on two new enclosures this week. No I am not adding animals LOL I am just creating new spaces for the ones already here. Updates will be on my YT channel, sorry I do not post too often, but I do post so keep an eye out!
