Blocked on social media so resorting to texting, gee grow the hell up.

For being grown ass women you seem to have way too much time on your hands. I know Jer does seeing as how her realtor license is expired so legally she is not a licensed realtor in the state of California..... Lots of bragging on that and throwing out other people's stuff...... Not to mention the rescue she works with has delinquent filings with the state and IRS.....

The little mean girl crew must be bored by now..... Not getting the response they wanted. At least here they can be recognized for the trolls they really are.

Y'all like to toot your own horn about all the good you do for animals...... Raising $5000 to train one dog who came out of a horrid situation...... Do you know how many shelter animals and rescue animals that could have helped???? Do the math yourself I am not paid enough to think for you.  Considering your man has such a great business you can sit home and pretend to be the rescue police because you saved one dog.....

Real rescuers save many. We know we cannot save them all, but we damn sure try.

While you enjoy texting (which now goes to spam), I have been doing for the animals rather than allowing your childish behavior to interrupt my day.

My 2 feral girls are now free again. I think they were pretty mad when they went to be spayed, but now that they are out and about they are happy. Saw Firecracker with a mouse she got from the chicken coop, she was happy! 

You see you will never understand why I choose to live the way I do. I am being an example of lessening my footprint, reducing the use of chemicals and leaning more towards a natural way of life. Everything out here is working towards self sustaining living. If that bothers you then maybe you need to research what a life of consumerism is doing to you. 

Some people will just never grasp that money will never make someone truly happy. 

I am a child of God and have learned a long time ago that He provides my needs. I have also learned there is a difference in needs and wants. Others could learn that and the world would be a better place for sure.

In the winter He makes sure I have what I need to keep myself and his critters warm and fed. In the summer He makes sure I have what I need to stay cool and keep the critters cool and comfy. 

I am also not one who needs a 3000 square foot home with all the smart home shit..... It's bad enough our phones track us, listen and spy on us. No way in hell I want some AI in control of other things. Although after Snowden let us know about all that I admit I do have fun with it sometimes, just in case they are listening in! I am probably on some watch list because I will gripe about needing more bombs on a little game I play.... Pretty sure it might sound like something else to the spies who tap into our phones!!!!

So, the mean girl clique saved a dog, got it $5000 worth of training...... What about all the dogs dumped in the desert to starve or die of heat exhaustion? What about the feral / stray cat population? Do you know how many animals could have been spayed / neutered with that $5000 you spent on paying someone else to train a dog "you" saved????

Oh, did that dog get spayed / neutered before it got shipped off for that training I wonder....

For all their public posts to congratulate themselves for helping one dog, they attack people out helping MANY animals who see no need to make constant posts to appeal to social media for attention. Our true love is for the animals, not the false praise social media gives someone.

Why do I call it false praise? Well, most of the people have never met in person and just throw kind words to be polite. So, it isn't real. It is someone at a keyboard saying something nice because it came through their feed and they are bumping the algorithm. 

So keep telling yourself that you saved a dog, after dumping it on someone else you pay to do the work you won't. You attacked HMG for "dumping" yet you are no better than what you accuse of her. You will not even take the time out of your precious day to work with an animal that needs it.... Nope you dump it at the training facility and pay others to do it. 

All to get some self perceived glory on social media......

At the end of the day how many animals do you check on? How many actually depend on you and call you mom? How many do you work tirelessly to fit them with the right furever homes? How many curl up with you at night to thank you for all you do for them?

How many elderly animals have you held as they crossed the rainbow bridge, after being saved from a life on the streets and you gave them a home? How many asthmatic animals do you give breathing treatments to daily because no one wants an asthmatic kitty, so they are unadoptable, unwanted by the general public but still deserve love?

How many animals with allergies do you give allergy meds to because a sneezing kitty is unwanted, unadoptable by the general public? They deserve to be loved too. 

How many with food allergies do you clean up after because they swiped their besties food while you weren't looking and now have a blow out........ How many unadoptables do you deal with while you claim to be saving animals???

When was the last time you gave donations to an animal who needed nebulizer treatments, allergy treatments, special food or other such requirements? Oh, that's right, it all went for the training of one dog.....

So, while you wanna go around thinking you know everything about everybody without ever having met someone..... Maybe check your facts. 

The vast majority of kitties here with me now are unadoptable for medical reasons. A shelter would put them down because no one wants to fool with their specific needs. Out here they get their medical needs attended to and live a comfortable, spoiled life. 

Do I go without? Yes I do because their needs come out of my income. I rarely make public requests for their needs. Nor do I make online posts begging for things for myself. If someone asks for my wishlist I will give it to them and on holidays I will post it, beyond that I quietly do what needs to be done for the animals people like you feel are not important enough for your attention.

JellyBean is a great example. See his page on FB for his story @JBtheCat - two girls came right after he passed at the end of November.... Elderly girls, amazing girls! Penny was severely obese and severely asthmatic, her sister Chance is quiet and friendly. Penny must have twice daily breathing treatments and required a special diet to help her get to a healthy weight. Both are doing amazing now. 

Penny and Chance belonged to a man in a long term care facility who passed and his family could not take them. Elderly cats do not do well in shelters or rescues, they are not likely to get adopted. Penny's weight and asthma were strikes against her and they would have had no chance anywhere else, no one wanted to take them in. 

Are they any less important than the dog you saved? Was JellyBean? Oh that's right, you hate cat rescuers.....

So, go pat yourself on the back that you dumped a dog at a training facility while the people like me do hands on training with the animals who come to us.  I will not apologize for not having the time or energy to make a thousand posts, videos, reels etc of the animals..... My time is spent hands on with them and that's the way I like it. 

My only real hope is that I can pass knowledge to the next generation of how to do things the old way. 

My first rescue happened when I was 8 years old. I found the most perfect litter of kittens out in the woods in Michigan. I waited all day for mom to come back she never did so I scooped them up and brought them home. Their little eyes weren't even opened and I had no idea what I was doing..... When my mom heard them it was the worst belt whooping I think she ever gave me. Then we had to rush to the pet store for supplies.....

You see, what I had thought was beautiful, black kittens, was not..... I had rescued a litter of baby skunks. Mom made me raise them and then she arranged to give them to a petting zoo...... But I was hooked..... That was 1978. 

So, go make yourself feel good over one dog while the rest of us rescue all the ones you do not have time for.

Now I need to curl up with the rescues they are letting me know it is way past their cuddle time.
