The interesting thing about this case is that it really took away a woman's power..... Planned Parenthood wanted the "waiting period" stopped - why? Why was it so damn important to them to do the abortion the moment a woman walked into their clinic thinking about one. It pressured women into unwanted abortions. Many of these women have lived with life long regrets because Planned Parenthood pressured them into making the decision before they left the clinic. Why does Planned Parenthood want to pressure unsure pregnant women into aborting their babies on their VERY FIRST clinic visit????

Another thing they attacked was the notification of a parent when a child age 16 or under came in. So, again why was it so important for Planned Parenthood to have this kind of  POWER? Why was it so important for them to pressure under age girls into abortions WITHOUT parental consent????

 

This case also killed the collection of certain data. Why was it so important to Planned Parenthood to HIDE what they were doing????

In Casey, the plaintiffs challenged five provisions of the Pennsylvania Abortion Control Act of 1982 authored by Rep. Stephen F. Freind,^[5] arguing that the provisions were unconstitutional under Roe v. Wade. The Court in Roe was the first to establish abortion as a fundamental right protected by the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. The majority in Roe further held that women have a privacy interest protecting their right to abortion embedded in the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. The five provisions at issue in Casey are summarized below.

• § 3205 Informed Consent. A woman seeking abortion had to give her informed consent prior to the procedure. The doctor had to provide her with specific information at least 24 hours before the procedure was to take place, including information about how the abortion could be detrimental to her health and about the availability of information about the fetus.
• § 3209 Spousal Notice. A woman seeking abortion had to sign a statement declaring that she had notified her husband prior to undergoing the procedure, unless certain exceptions applied.
• § 3206 Parental Consent. Minors had to get the informed consent of at least one parent or guardian prior to the abortion procedure. Alternatively, minors could seek judicial bypass in lieu of consent.
• § 3203 "Medical Emergency" definition. Defining a medical emergency as

[t]hat condition, which, on the basis of the physician's good faith clinical judgment, so complicates the medical condition of a pregnant woman as to necessitate the immediate abortion of her pregnancy to avert her death or for which a delay will create serious risk of substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function.

• §§ 3207(b), 3214(a), and 3214(f) Reporting Requirements. Certain reporting and record keeping mandates were imposed on facilities providing abortion services.

Our medical information IS fully reported there is no true privacy. If we have an exam of ANY sort it is recorded and that data is reported. If we have a cold it is reported. So why should abortion data be an exemption from this reporting?????

Is it because if the general public KNEW just how many minority children were murdered in their facility the public would be outraged???? Yes I said MURDERED! Why? Planned Parenthood stalks underage girls in schools, parks, cafes and anywhere they can. Planned Parenthood literally goes out seeking for people who are willing to allow Planned Parenthood to abort babies. They death baby shop - for lack of a better term. But why???? 

Well, Planned Parenthood gave testimony UNDER OATH that they were harvesting and selling the fetal tissues and organs. That's why! Planned Parenthood made MORE money from their backdoor business than from their legitimate one!!!
