Self Entitled People

 Ok, so I rented 1/2 acre to a tweaker. I did not know he was a tweaker at the time. He began moving shit all over the place and refused to stay within the boundaries of what he rented.

After June 2021 he stopped paying rent. e tried calling me a lot but I forced him to text so that I could document his crap.

So, every month he tells me he will get the crap moved. It never happened until this past week.

Somehow he thinks I should be watching his shit and protecting it. He hasn't paid rent of $200 a month since June 2021 for the 1/2 acre and I have not even calculated the damage to 3 more acres..... Not to mention he still has crap on those.

So, earlier in the week I went out to class and noticed his camper was gone. I was relieved thinking he was finally getting his shit out of here. Then over the weekend, around 2 am or so a white flat bed comes in making racket. I woke up say it - thought it was his truck and I went back to sleep. 

So, he shows up today trying to claim I stole his shit. I had to call the cops and he showed his ass to them. He is pissed because the cops would NOT take a report from him over his claim that what was still sitting here was vandalized. I have limited mobility right now and am prepping for foot surgery. It is obvious I did nothing with his stuff. 

He has made claims like this before. If he sees you come in with something new that he wants he calls the cops and claims you stole it from him. They did not fall for his bullshit tonight though!!!

This self entitled jackass wants MY land. I have text messages to prove this. He feels entitled to it because he is black, I am white and he thinks every white person owes him something. If you do not give it to him he will creep around while you sleep and take it. I just noticed tonight that my grandson's hot wheels cars and instant cameras are gone. 

He has stolen some of the weirdest shit to be honest. Tonight the cop walked him around as he would point to things trying to claim they were his. Greg gave me a small window unit air conditioner back in 2020 which did not work so it is out in the junk pile. He tried to say I stole it from him. He even wanted the cops to allow him to enter MY camper and my storage camper. The cop refused to allow him to and it pissed him off.

He spent HOURS ranting at the cops over his own bullshit. He has not been around since early February 2022 when he abandoned his injured dog. He had run her over in December and never got her any vet care!! She was found pulling herself up the driveway near starved to death. The rescue ended up euthanizing her because she only had a 6% chance of making it off the table.

How he thinks he is entitled to my land simply because he is black I cannot figure out. He even told the cops all this. He is ENTITLED to live on my land rent free!!! I worked hard to get this land. I worked hard to pay it off in 2 years. I was kind enough to rent to him and he took advantage of my kindness. 

He has had his nose all around my place trying to lay claim to shit he knows is not his. But this is what he does. He has a history of it- a history I did not learn about until recently. He lived on the other side of Barstow and stole high dollar items from the place he was staying at. That's why he was evicted from there.

So now I am stuck trying to get rid of him...... I want him off my land and to never come around again. 

The cops said to file a restraining order........ I think I will pull the forms and drop them off Monday morning.

It is sad to see someone in the grip of such an addiction. He does meth and cocaine - he said so himself once when he was ticked off over me calling his ass out about the little air compressor he broke. 

It is people like him that ruin private land owners about renting!!!! This man needs some serious help and I pray that he gets it because his addiction issues affect those around him and cause drama that no one wants,

I still cannot figure out how he thinks he is entitled to live on my land rent free and turn it into a junkyard of broken cars and outright junk.

I do not know what happened to his shit, I saw a truck that looked like his. Not my job to babysit his junk and I certainly wasn't being paid to watch or protect it. 

Considering he hasn't been around since early February he certainly didn't care enough to even send someone out to check on things. Not once did he even ask about his dog that had to be euthanized!!!!

I am just sick of being blamed for his false perceptions. 

He tried that once before over a new water tank I obtained from a friend. I have the text messages to prove it. He saw me come in with it and I left it in the back of my truck. The next morning he calls the cops trying to say I stole his water tank. The cops were nice about it. 

It's like anything he loses all of a sudden I stole it - according to him. I have severe foot issues on BOTH feet so walking is very difficult and painful. I have to get surgery on my left foot this week. How the hell does he think I am walking around his area doing shit??? I can barely walk around my own area!!!

 

Speed freaks do have this issue though I have been researching it. I have had some experience with it with the neighbor on the hill before he died of an overdose. Always suspicious, people always stealing from them and it is never their fault it is always someone else's fault. 

 

Half the time nothing was ever stolen it was misplaced and they forgot where they put it. Speed freaks also think they know everything and that they know the law better than anyone else. OMFG I listened to him trying to tell the cops what the law was and then them correcting him - which SERIOUSLY ticked him off and he argued with them over the matter!!! He refused to accept what the cops told him.

 

I really do not care what happened to his shit to be brutally honest. I am glad it is gone from my land though. Maybe he will finally get the rest of the junk off now. I can hope right?

 

Anyways, if anyone can explain this self entitlement he displayed it would be helpful. I am seriously confused about how he thinks he is entitled to live here rent free and do anything he damn well pleases.
