What is going on in Antelope Valley?????
Child after child abused and killed, yet we only hear about a select few....
But WHY are we ONLY hearing about Lancaster AND why only a select few????
Because there are more children who die at the hands of their caregivers........ Tragically MANY more.......
While researching THIS particular story -- something SCREAMED at me......
There were 4 children TOTAL in the household.....
Maurice killed the older 2 children and forced the 2 younger children to watch.....
YET - the younger children were left in the home with him for nearly a MONTH after the murders - enduring child abuse torture, mental abuse and more......
Why the hell were those younger children left in the home where 2 children were murdered???? The man could have killed them too!!!!!
Serious failure of the system in Antelope Valley AGAIN! First Gabriel, then Anthony, then Noah and now these two...... All families involved had priors with DCFS.......
But how the hell do you leave 2 kids in a home were the other two were murdered???? What the hell is wrong with these social workers??????
In this case, the children who were left in that home should be entitled to compensation for the trauma they had to endure daily for nearly a month after their siblings were murdered..... That compensation should come from the WORKERS who failed them....... The workers who failed to see the danger and failed to protect them. Charge them with failure to protect!!!!! Seriously!
Until these workers are held accountable for their failures, NOTHING will change in the system or for the children!!!!!
