Phew! Busy Couple of Months

 

 

So, it has been an interesting couple of months. I am quite sure some people are going out of heir mind because Facebook decided to play games with my main profile again….. I have decided that I am not fussing with them anymore over it. I have had such peace since that happened and due to that I am going to keep my peace.

I also had to make an emergency trip out of state to extract a DV victim who is staying on my property for a while. I am still recovering from that. Thankfully her abuser has not bothered to harass her since she left and came here.

I have been busting ass out here doing clean up, getting rid of some junk left by others, clearing out brush and having fun being outside a lot more. My body hates me for it though, but the inner peace is amazing, and it feels good that I am finally able to do a few things better.

My left wrist still has some issues, but overall, it is doing much better. Each day I am making progress on the healing. I still wear the brace when I am outside because I fear if I fall I could injure it. Each day it gets stronger though and I am working on the fine motor skills.

Our road did not wash out when 247 did. I do have some cool video from the first storm that took 247 out though. It hammered us here but not bad enough to do much. It sucked having 247 closed for so long though. They have been grading 247 like crazy the last few days because we have more rain coming at the end of the week.

But the absolute best thing that has happened in the last month….. I cannot tell precisely since it is a criminal thing and currently in the hands of the DA….. Let’s just say cameras are amazing!!!! FINALLY got proof of a crazy stalker on camera – video and still images!!!! Multiple pieces of evidence in the hands of the cops, charges are pending. I sleep better knowing this person is on camera in full color. The fact that I had to put so many cameras out in order to catch them is ridiculous though. Once the person goes through the legal process I will post the pictures and video for all to see. But, in order to make sure said person’s right to due process is protected I cannot reveal who it is or show the images publicly yet. Since what was caught on camera will result in multiple felony charges this person may not even get a bond. So, I can sigh with relief that this crazy stalker will be out of my hair for good now!! YAY!!!

So, being off that hateful Facebook has been so peaceful lately. I think I will leave the junior high drama queens / kings to their own devices and spend more time actually offline doing my own thing. Not to mention that site does absolutely nothing about the number of scammers and allows them to run paid ads, post scams on marketplace etc…. So, I am over their bullshit for good.

Yes, I have my full back up file. Yes, all of the albums that went poof will be reposted on MY servers on the scammers website when I have some time. Likely, in the winter during the rainy season. Right now I am enjoying outside time while the weather is nice.
