Tick Tock.... 5 pm will come faster than one realizes......

I will also need proof these things are CLOSED not just turned off because he has a history of just taking them down (turning off) only to turn them right back on!!!!

Done playing games with him, so done.

It's his choice now. Will he comply with the cease and desist or will his entire shadow board have the sheriff and likely other alphabet agencies crawling up their asses???

I have other things to get done today than sit around listening to people he has lied to, claiming he shut things down when he hasn't.

Jennifer, Nancy, Paula and Mike do NOT deserve to go down with him. Blaze has been manipulating them for years. I seriously do not think they grasp just how manipulated they are, but he is determined to take them right down with him for sure!!!!

Look up California Code on embezzlement - felony level and fraud felony level....

California Penal Code (CPC) §503 – Embezzlement –Embezzlement occurs in California when a person commits a fraud in order to take property that has been entrusted to him or her.

Embezzlement is actually charged as either Grand or Petty Theft. Felony Embezzlement, a form of Grand Theft, may be punished in California with three years in prison, a fine of up to $10,000, and/or jail time, depending on the facts of the case.

Section 5223 - Removal in case of fraudulent or dishonest acts, gross abuse of authority or discretion, or breach of duty

(a) The superior court of the proper county may, at the suit of a director, or twice the authorized number (Section 5036) of members or 20 members, whichever is less, remove from office any director in case of fraudulent or dishonest acts or gross abuse of authority or discretion with reference to the corporation or breach of any duty arising under Article 3 (commencing with Section 5230) of this chapter, and may bar from reelection any director so removed for a period prescribed by the court. The corporation shall be made a party to such action.

(b) The Attorney General may bring an action under subdivision (a), may intervene in such an action brought by any other party and shall be given notice of any such action brought by any other party.

Do your own research! Blaze committed both fraud and embezzlement - look it up!!!! The new board had legal grounds to remove him on MULTIPLE levels!!!!!

But Blaze does not want to go down alone, that's for sure. He manipulated his old board (current shadow board) into thinking what he was doing was right and legal. Blaze discouraged them from doing research on the matter, wanting them to believe only what he told them.
