Coffee Time Updates -- Blaze Caught in More Fraud

 

Once again I wanted to do a different kind of post, once again the narcissist Blaze has made it all about him.

There is a program that permits 501c3 rescues to purchase pallets of pet things, food, supplies etc. Each month it is random, never know until the email comes.

So, finally this month we received the email but learned Blaze had been receiving these pallets in the HHBR name for months now! He had even paid for this month's pallet!

Once again we had to submit tons of the documentation, a copy of the police report and prove that Blaze has no right to be doing what he did on this matter. His payment is being refunded and he is being banned for life from this program!

Praise the Lord we will finally be able to get this benefit for the rescue instead of Blaze wrongfully getting it for personal gain!!!

This program will also be providing us the documentation so that it may be added to the criminal report. What Blaze did with this program was fraud and where did all the items from those pallets go???

Those items rightfully belong to the rescue not to Blaze, yet he got them and used them for personal gain!!!!

Add one more place Blaze is banned for life. This is ridiculous though that he goes to such lengths to exploit programs set up for legitimate rescues and claims he is still with HHBRF in order to wrongfully benefit from these programs and then blasts the legal board saying it is us who is financially benefitting..... 

Blaze only cares about Blaze he does NOT care about the animals and his actions are proving that each and every day!!!!

Blaze wrongfully took benefits that could have been used for the animals he abandoned in Joshua Tree in October that are still under the rescue's care - why? Because Blaze doesn't care about the animals he only cares about himself!!!!!!!!!

Thankfully, this is one benefit he will no longer have access to!

The board also revamped all the contracts... OMFG how Blaze had them worded meant the rescue would retain ownership even on an adopted animal!!!! I see why JJ went ballistic over the 12 page adoption contract!!!! It isn't 12 pages anymore!!!

Now I have to pull boxes of previous contracts to add to the criminal report because of "deposits" Blaze had accepted and used wrongfully. Blaze seems to think he rightfully used the funds but he never once consulted California Code on the matter.... He left the board with no other choice but to file a criminal report......Which now totals near $10,000 in wrongfully used funds and the items from the pallets..... Not to mention rescue property he removed when he left my property.....

So, is he gonna grow the fuck up and stop being childish or do I have to continue to add to the criminal report - which each addition is a new charge on him........

Is Blaze that selfish that he simply cannot see that what he is doing is criminal and will put him in jail for years???

Is his shadow board so blind that they do not realize they will be held accountable for allowing him to do these things????

I have NOT yet added the names of his shadow board on the criminal complaint..... But, if the daily interference doesn't stop those names WILL be added. 

So, Jennifer, Nancy, Paula and others need to grasp the situation. The shadow board CAN AND WILL be held accountable for their knowledge of Blaze's misuse of funds and fraud they have permitted him to commit. 

If you do not believe me simply do some research on criminal code on the matter. I am TRYING to save the rescue without putting anyone in jail!!!!!

Blaze and his shadow board are making that very difficult!!! So, it is his choice now. Stop the bullshit. Back off or the entire shadow board is added to the criminal complaint for holding votes that permitted Blaze to misuse funds and commit fraud.

I am done playing his selfish, narcissistic games. I am here for the animals and helping the animals NOT to cover Blaze's ass at all costs. 

I want the fb page archived and a public post put up. This should be done by Friday no later than 5 pm pst. I want all rescue property in Blaze's possession arranged to be returned to the rescue. Blaze may not come on my property but we have people who can pick up and deliver it. 

I want all incidents of him using the HHBR name, emails etc closed and cancelled. This is basically what the cease and desist letters stated, the ones he continues to ignore. 

Blaze you have until 5 pm Friday to do these things or an email goes to the detective with full details and names of the shadow board, thus involving them in the criminal complaint. 

I am done playing his games. 

Also, if anyone has info on Blaze they wish to include in the criminal complaint you can submit it to contact@hhbrescue.com case # 082400136 you can remain anonymous.

This complaint was filed with the San Bernadino County Sheriff who may accept info directly to them, but you can also submit it to the email above with the case # attached and it will be given to the sheriff.

So, Blaze you have a decision to make. Stop the nonsense or include your entire shadow board in the criminal charges. You have until Friday at 5 pm pst.......

On Friday @ 6 pm pst if this is not done an email is already drafted with all of the shadow board names and screenshots and will be sent to the detective.
