*** Update***

So, as is his pattern, Blaze filed a restraining order against me, and we had the court date for it yesterday. I thought Judge Baxter was quite patient with Blaze, more so than usual! His claims were mainly that I am ruining his reputation as a rescuer, I stole his rescue and Salvatore & Issa were stolen from the rescue and not returned.

I will be posting ALL of the paperwork, please be patient with that posting there is a great deal to post. I will also be requesting the minute order because Blaze is already trying to lie about what happened in court, so the best way to handle that is post the official court minute order.

Blaze was not expecting me to subpoena the animal control officers who were present on October 10, 2023. Nope, but in his arrogance, he told the court that my own witness would testify that he did not abandon over 20 animals at the Joshua Tree location….. How did he feel when Officer Baker DID testify that Blaze abandoned the animals???? Yep, Baker is on record stating Blaze Thall abandoned all those animals at Joshua Tree! So, who is going to buy into his bullshit now? An official county / state employee is NOT going to perjure themselves for someone like Blaze, not when the official reports were also submitted to the court, obtained via a FOIA request!

So, Officer Baker testified under oath that Blaze Thall abandoned over 20 animals at the Joshua Tree location. More of his lies revealed. The fact that Blaze stood there and told the court that my own witness would prove he didn’t abandon the animals must have blew his mind when Baker stated he did abandon them. I was not watching Blaze when this was revealed. I was looking at my notes and at Baker.

Blaze was also pressed by the court to prove who was making the changes to the Secretary of State Statement of Information. Blaze’s own testimony proved that he made many changes, but he could not prove who made other changes. I was able to prove that anyone can change the SOI. Blaze also made false claims about things supposed in my blog. The judge gave a break to give Blaze time to find these things, he could not because they were never there. However, I was able to produce chat records of the person who made the claims that Blaze said I put in my blog (they were not). Blaze loves to attribute other people’s comments to the one he is presently attacking, so in these chat records it clearly demonstrated the comments he claimed I made actually came from some else, his first wife.

Blaze then tried to convince the judge that me contacting his ex-wives was disturbing. I had to bite my tongue to keep from saying – well you’re the one who called us the ex-wives club!!! But, the thing is, Blaze tries to convince everyone that all his exes are liars and he is the one telling the truth. This cannot be examined without contacting the exes and hearing their side of the story. Which has been my mission.

Why is it that Blaze does not want any of his exes talking to each other, let alone anyone else? He manipulates people into thinking his exes are the toxic people. Blaze tries to keep anyone from contacting people in his past. Why? So, he can keep people from learning the truth!

He stated in court that me contacting his exes was disturbing. Why? Blaze made all sorts of claims about these people. How am I supposed to believe these claims if I do not investigate, and contact said people to see what they have to say? I am not like some who just believes everything that comes out of his mouth without having anything to prove his claims. I need the documentation. I need the evidence before I can buy into his claims.

Until now, Blaze has been able to maintain his façade of always being the victim and these vindictive women are just out to ruin him. Even now, Blaze and the few supporters he has left, are still spewing this nonsense. Posts he made yesterday evening and posts by 2 others said as much. Not one of the posts had a single shred of proof to support those claims and when pressed to provide such proof they did not.

While Blaze and his keyboard warriors cry victim without a shred of proof, our team is working hard to get to the truth and post it for you. I just posted the official fire reports for the Desert Hot Springs fire that killed more than 10 rescue animals and Blaze accused “haters” of setting the fire. The report clearly shows it was not set by haters, but his own negligence of leaving a candle burning while he ran to the store. Wanna bet that Blaze will claim the report is a lie? The 2 files were obtained directly from a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request. But, according to Blaze everyone lies on him and only he can tell the truth…… so, is the official report a lie as well? Is he still gonna stick to his story that haters committed arson because they found out he was moving? Yeah, according to one news report that is what he told a reporter when he was interviewed about the fire. So, let’s see how he tries to counter the official fire report….. 😊

I also did FOIA requests for ALL contact animal control has had with him in at least 4 counties here in California. I have received only San Bernadino’s reports so far. Those reports will be posted as well and prove that every complaint had similar concerns. In the Landers complaint, the landlord states that Blaze is an “unlawful tenant” and they were undergoing the legal eviction process. I do have a FOIA request for a fire that occurred at that location as well. It has not yet been sent to me. I will also be reaching out to the landlord to hear their side of what happened back then.

When Blaze put me on the board of the rescue, he asked me to protect the RESCUE and its reputation. What he fails to understand is that he is not the rescue. Yes, he founded it using his girlfriend’s money. Blaze did not put one red cent into any of the legal filings required to establish a legit rescue. No, those fees were paid for by his girlfriends. But being the founder does not mean you have a lifetime right to the rescue, not when it is a corporation with a board of directors. The board has the say so, not the founder alone. In the past Blaze had made sure those on the board just agreed with him on everything. Until he put me on the board. My loyalties were with the rescue, not him.

I have seen posts where he is claiming the “original” board never voted him out, nor was a legit meeting ever held. This is not true. I have the meeting minutes where his own board voted him out. I also have the meeting minutes where the new board confirmed that vote. So, Lisa, Jennifer and Nancy can go all over social media crying they never voted him out when it is in black and white that they did. Lisa had originally typed up the minutes from the meeting of the old board where they voted him out. The only person present during that meeting who can claim they never voted was ME. Those minutes will be available on the website by next weekend.

Blaze is also trying to convince people the corporate book was stolen. Blaze truly does not even understand what the corporate book is! He thinks it’s the big maroon binder from legal zoom. This is NOT the corporate book! However, the old vice president put that maroon binder in the hands of the new president, so all of the corporate paperwork has been in the hands of the board at all times. This is exactly how it was supposed to occur, the old VP handed off the documents to a current board member.

But, for Blaze, it isn’t about doing things properly, it’s all about control. Take for example the website, the official rescue emails, the rescue social media accounts, etc. Only he has full access to them. He can set in admins and moderators but no one else has full control over those accounts except Blaze. This was a topic we had discussed while he was still part of the conversations with the board. All executive board members are supposed to have full access to all rescue accounts, and Blaze is not capable of giving the board that much control. The new board has set things up the right way and all executive members have full access to every rescue account, including financial accounts. It will take time for the new board to contact all the places we need to in order to get his info pulled and the rescue’s info put on NOT a single person’s info, but the rescue’s info!

One thing I have to chuckle at is Blaze crying that I am saying tons of things that are quotes from news reports, official reports or are supported with other documentation. Much of this is not my words, it is others / official documents making the claims. I simply summarize it for those who do not wish to read through so much!

In court yesterday Judge Baxter explained to Blaze that I had provided proof of at least one other person who has an ax to grind with Blaze. (His words not mine). I had a stack of documents 6 inches thick with a long list of others who have an ax to grind. Why do these people have an ax to grind? They are sick of Blaze’s lies too. Few of them had known each other until I reached out and brought them together – this bothers Blaze because all of these people he has worked so hard to keep apart are now coming together and his litany of lies is falling down around him.

I only hope Debbie wakes up before it’s too late. If she wishes to do a deep dive of her own, I am happy to put her in contact with all of his exes and let her ask the questions of them. I am not asking her to believe every word I say or post. I am asking her to examine things, investigate everything he says, do not just believe every word that comes out of his mouth because she is so entranced by his eyes.

Debbie also needs to understand that while he is residing with her, telling her how much he loves her – he is also lining up the next woman he will move in with when things go south with Debbie. This is his pattern, provable by simply talking to his exes. When he was with Erica he was lining up Amanda. While he was with Amanda he spent all his time on the phone with me. While he was at my place he spent his time wooing Debbie. So, the real question is who is he lining up as his back up plan when things go south with Debbie? These are just the ones I have personal knowledge of and phone records for. Others in his past have the same claims but I am waiting for documentation on those claims.

I think Amanda came out luckier than some of his exes. The previous two places prior to him moving in with her ended up in flames, literally. Blaze likes to tell people he and Amanda were not involved. They slept in the same bed and in phone conversations while on the speaker phone it was obvious they were involved. The fact that Blaze lied in court during Amanda’s restraining order hearing does not change the fact that they were involved.

How many of his exes would it take to prove his stories are all lies? How much documentation will it take to wake up the few supporters he has left? How long will Lisa, Jennifer and Nancy continue lying for him and about their own actions? They cannot deny that when they were on the board, they voted him out. Yet, their social media posts yesterday stated they never voted him out. His posts claim that messenger is not a legal platform to host board meetings. If that were true not a single board meeting he ever held would have been a legal meeting because his board held their meetings via FB Messenger……. So, how could it be legal for his board to do so but not the new board?

Blaze has realized his lies are crashing down around him. His desperation is obvious and those who still support him played both sides. They are as two faced as he is.

On October 10, 2023 Lisa sat and watched the videos Amanda had taken. She pretended to cry and wanted us to believe that she was upset with what she saw. Keep in mind these videos are posted publicly for anyone to view them. They depict the horrid conditions Blaze forced the animals to exist in. Lisa played like she wanted Blaze gone, look where she is today…… That day Amanda handed all the corporate documents to me, a current board member. Lisa thought she was going to get them and haul them right back to Blaze. Lisa wanted us to put them in her car, not the U-Haul. Thankfully I had the sense to keep them and look everything over.

The only reason Blaze wants these items so bad is to cover up more of his lies. Again, it goes back to his need for control. When he is making a post about someone look at what he is saying, demand he posts proof of his claims. It is likely that his statements are exactly what he is doing himself.

Ok, I really need to get animals fed, make some food and get some offline work done! More will be coming. I have tons of screenshots to post, the SB County Animal Control Reports and lots of good stuff.
