Wow..... Just wow.......

 

 

Ok, a vent about the audacity of some people.....

 

You moved to my property a little over a year ago. You claimed to be living in a tent on the riverbank - which turned out to be a lie. You were camped out in your mom's back yard which you left a total mess for her to clean up after her boyfriend drove you out here.

 

You stayed in my room until you bought a tent to set up in my yard. Then you got a camper, leaving the tent and the moldy, rotten mess inside of it for me to clean up.

 

You stayed in your camper until it was so nasty even you couldn't stand it, then you demanded to move into the motorhome. Once you moved into that you stopped making payments on it and when you were informed I would be raising the rent because I had to clean up your messes, you skipped and moved up on the hill with the neighbor.

 

You left them a huge nasty mess to clean up too - which they are NOT happy about.

 

While you were up there I did hire you to work and paid you. The one day I didn't have cash on hand, yes the work was somewhat done. After you left out of state I checked and of course, a half assed job was done - as usual, when it came to this particular task. 

 

I asked for the dog kennel to be completely poo scooped and tidyed up. Unfortunately, most of the poo was still exactly where it was before the job began. 

 

But, you got upset because I withheld payment. Let's explain why, and it has little to do with the half assed job of poo scooping the dog kennel.

 

When I was recovering from foot surgery and you were supposed to help me, boxes of canned goods had to be put into the storage camper. For the most part they were. But, in your laziness, you failed to move bottles of bleach and vinegar and just tossed the boxes into the storage camper. Boxes were piled neck high on me when I went into it the other day to organize it.

 

When I finally reached floor level EVERY single bottle of bleach and vinegar I had was crushed and busted. You failed to move them prior to throwing boxes in the door. 2 bags of cat food got saturated and had to be tossed. Tons of boxed food got saturated and had to be tossed, not to mention the cost of replacing the bleach and vinegar!

Let's not talk about you "borrowing" the large containers of instant tea, cottonelle toilet paper, cigarette tubes, bic lighters and so much more that has yet to be repaid. 

Let's not talk about he cost of cleaning up the shit mess of that nasty tent,, inside the motorhome and inside the tow behind camper!

Everyone listened to you gripe about not having any clothes. What a fucking lie. Yesterday Kathy and I pulled near 10 bag of filthy laundry out of that tow behind camper! Plenty of clothes and socks that you claimed you didn't have!

Then I find out the missing cushions from the dining room of the motorhome had been taken - by you - up to her house and then left behind when you left the state. WTF is up with that shit? 

But you want ot gripe and bitch about $20 for the half assed job of poop scooping the dog kennel?

Ok, you want the $20 then reimburse me for all of the above THEN I will send you the $20! 

There is no sense in destroying shit when you are supposed to be helping. It takes 2 minutes to move bottles of bleach instead of crushing them! Incidentally, the cat food that got saturated - Iams - not the cheap store brand shit. When will you replace that??

Oh yeah let's not forget how many rolls of trash bags you "borrowed"? Which I also cannot figure out what the hell they were used on because they certainly did not get used for trash since the trash was left piled knee high in the tow behind and motorhome!

How many tools have I had to replace because you would borrow them and NOT return them and they have not been seen since? Then you wanted to refuse to allow me to run a magnet over the yard in front of your camper to see if they got buried in the dirt!

But you wanna gripe about $20 fucking dollars! 

You have destroyed more shit than actually worked. Whenever I asked for a ob to be done it was done piss poor and shit got destroyed. But oh I am the bitch right?

You left me a nasty ass mess when you moved from my upstairs into the cheap ass tent you set up next to my driveway. You left the tent nasty until the wind destroyed it even though you had been asked numerous times to take it down and  clean it up. Pictures on Facebook in my Off Grid Progress album SHOW the fucking messes you left with the exception of the mess you left in my bedroom!

The neighbor you stayed with is pissed about the messes you left there. 

No one wants to deal with that shit. It isn't fair to us that you leave that for us to clean up. 

You chose to leave those messes. You chose to make those messes. You were given tools to clean those messes up and you chose not to. You chose to accept the consequences of leaving such disgusting filth for others to clean up.

You got pissed when I told you NO about bringing another dog up here - WHY? Because you could not even take care of the messes you certainly couldn't take care of another dog! 

Grow the fuck up! Considering your age,  you should know better than to do this shit! 

Stop acting like I am the bad guy because I raised your rent and withheld $20 for a job half done! Look at the job you left me to clean up - when do I get paid for that?!?!

Here is the break done estimate of the clean up costs so far - 

Tent area - 3 people and 5 hours of work

Motorhome - 1 person and 5 days of clean up

Tow behind (in progress)

2 people - 1 day so far

$200

These totals include the cost of disposing of all the trash and clothing left behind. The tow behind will have more costs since that job is still in progress. 

So, you wanna bitch about who owes who what? Keep bitching about the $20 bucks and think about how much you owe me for the mess you left behind. How much do you owe the neighbor for what they have to clean up there? How much did it cost Ray to clean up the shit mess you left there when he kicked you out? How much did it cost your mom to clean up the shit messes you left every time she allowed you to stay there?

Stop trying to play the victim in this. Photos clearly show that you are not.

Phew, I cannot sit here and rant all day. I have to get shit done. One day you will grow the fuck up and realize actions have consequences.
