The Nick & Jason Issue....

 

Local Scammers can be worse than online ones….

 

2 issues to address in this post that ARE tied together – don’t worry Jason your need for attention IS addressed but I address things in logical order, not just because you think you are special and demand the attention first.

 

The other day I was given some screenshots by someone who wishes to remain anonymous. These screenshots were of a local listing for a house, listed by Nick America.

Now, in the world of exposing scammers there is nothing worse than dirty deleters!!!!

Because I do have an offline life and was not able to get back to screenshot said listing right away – things were changed on it, as well as comments I had made and the replies to it disappeared (deleted – not by me only the person who made the post - who has that kind of ability).

The reason this post was brought to my attention was a fake appearing profile AND the specific wording of the advertisement.

 

1.    Is Nick a real person – YES. Is his profile full of fake shit YES – which is the reason it was busted in the post!!! If you want the complaint fixed – then fix the fake shit on the profile. As long as the fake shit is on the profile – the post will remain unedited (except to add this article into it)

2.    The way he worded the advertisement for a house for sale was an open invitation to illegal pot growers. Specific phrases like “Licensed for hemp” – “Grow whatever you want” – “Grow at your own risk” – are words these illegal pot growers SEEK when they look at actually BUY property to set up their grow houses on. So, I commented such and the war of words began (even though later I walked away with ZERO intentions of revisiting the issue once I had pointed out the problems with the advertisement’s wording. Since then, the advertisement wording HAS changed and comments I had made and his replies to me have disappeared (dirty delete)

3.    The remarks I had made on his listing were specific to the wording on his advertisement and how it invited a criminal element into a small, close-knit community that is literally on its knees begging for mercy at the hands of illegal pot farms and those who support the illegal element.

4.    So, after doing my offline things I return to see Nick & his friends having some fun in the comments section and decided enough is enough. I posted him in our scammers group to prove a few points. A) Even a real person can put fake shit on their profile B) The vast majority of those REPLYING in favor of Nick had ties to these illegal pot farms and are VERY defensive when anyone speaks out against them C) The only defense they have is to try to attack a person character rather than deal with the specific complaint (because they have no defense except the old you’re crazy, you’re r@cist BS) C) How dirty deletes have the appearance that the original post is so innocent and the person who made it such a victim (when in reality once something is on the net it is ALWAYS there and someone with more time on their hands than I have can easily track it down) D) How those supporting said illegal pot grows come out in force in support of the person who gets called out for it

 

 

This brings me to the part where Jason got involved. Now Jason and I have a history of conflict, specifically over pix of HIS truck doing dirt work for an illegal grow near me. But I knew his mom BEFORE I knew him. His mom is the ex- wife of my neighbor’s 66-year-old son. Over the last 2 years I have been pretty much on call to assist with my elderly neighbor, Iva – who is now 101 years old. This is NOT Jason’s dad btw – just to clarify!!!

 

In the course of NOT following the remarks made on Nick’s advertisement (as I said, I said what needed said and walked away – even though people were having some serious fun tagging me in the comments) – it wasn’t until Jason began replying that I got back involved. I will not say mad because that would not be a fair representation. I was not mad, I expecting as much lol, but in the very moment HE began talking shit, I had other offline issues I was dealing with and since I could get nothing done due to the whole bunch tagging me – I felt I had no choice but to respond in kind.

 

So, to understand my connection to Jason I will start at the beginning.

 

1.    Jason does dirt work and occasionally gives away a free “job”. Iva and I were selected before Thanksgiving of 2020 to receive said job since our roads are interconnected AND at the time, I was on call for his mom to run up and care for Iva when his mom could not.

2.    For months all I heard was excuse after excuse and when I would make a sarcastic post he would CALL via FB messenger – not text – to ask me to remove such post, heard so many excuses that I can now assume were lies. It was Spring of 2021 before that job got done, after listening to so many excuses I could not begin to count now. (To clarify, Iva and I already had existing roads before Jason did our dirt work. All he did was smooth them out – this was supposed to have been done BEFORE the rainy season, but as noted, did NOT get finished until Spring of 2021 – AFTER the rainy season)

3.    During the time Jason was making excuses to me, he was seen doing dirt work in remote areas. So, I can now deduct that he put off the freebie job in order to accept money to do dirt work for other illegal pot farms.

4.    Then we come to April 12, 2021 when I saw a strange truck across the desert from me and snapped a picture of it and the trailer attached to it. Since I had not seen Jason’s truck when he did MY dirt work, I made a post asking if anyone knew whose truck it was and Jason replied on the post (now deleted at HIS insistence), and in private messenger. He assured me, and everyone on that post, that the work was NOT for an illegal pot farm. He also tried the guilting tactic – “after everything I have done for you….” BS….. So, because I wanted to believe him (but in my gut knew better) I did delete the post but NOT the private messages.

5.    Then when the illegal pot farm set up shop and became operational, I made another post calling him out – but NOT using his name in that specific post. Once again, he private messages me trying the guilting tactic. Poor me a lil old lady was who he supposedly did the job for and how he could not have known it would become a pot farm BS. Such a remote OFF GRID location, behind Bureau of Land Management land – with zero access because that parcel is land locked – should have sent some red flag warnings to him, but people get duped all the time.

6.    Now, because this illegal pot farm “duped” Jason into plowing an access road directly across federal property – I took it upon myself to have a chit chat, by phone, with the same lady who explained to ME where my road had to be placed and why. After a long discussion, she explained where the road for this parcel was SUPPOSED to go, meaning my own parcel AND the illegal pot farm access road. Taking it directly across federal land is a federal crime. I am not one to toss out BS without first doing my research and having the ability to back up what I say. I know exactly where the access road for that illegal pot farm is supposed to go – as defined by the county office that controls such – why? Because I had the sense to call and ask – something Jason did NOT have before plowing an access road right through protected federal land.

7.    On the post I made calling out the BS lies about him doing the dirt work for this illegal pot farm, I made the suggestion of checking the DEED / OWNERSHIP of land before he did such dirt work – but he had all sorts of excuses as to why this was not feasible. I used myself as an example, having the GRANT DEED to my own property in hand and the ability to produce it (and having posted it online when I finally paid off my land and was proud to finally be holding said deed). I can also produce the printed grid plat where it can clearly be seen where the county drew on it to define where my own access road was to be placed – which incidentally is NOT directly across federally protected land – which adjoins my land between myself and the blacktop road.

8.    Jason likes to portray himself as the poor, innocent victim in this. He went off about how times are rough, and he has a family to feed and takes any job he can. That I am the bad guy for exposing the lies and BS he spews – and his wrongful attacks on those who shed light on such activities in our community. In his twisted thinking, we should permit asshats like him to support and work for these illegal grows simply because times are rough and he has kids!!!

9.    Jason, in private message, used bully tactics with me about how his mom would no longer help me out. This is where his facts are totally screwed up!! Yes, his mom allowed me to have a few things sent to her house because certain companies hate my physical address and do NOT permit the use of a po box, but only a few, and ONLY after my IHSS worker transferred to Texas and I could no longer use his address. In the last 2 years, I have helped his mom out far more than she has done for me. I have literally been on call day or night, to make sure Iva (the 101-year-old on the hill) has been cared for. Many times I was making multiple trips daily to Iva’s to the point my Jeep is now on a non op because the running back and forth broke it down and none of them would give me the time to repair it do to the constant running back and forth. But they will not tell that part of the story huh? And do please remember that Jason brought his mom into this equation NOT me, and as far as I am concerned, she is still NOT part of it. I only briefly mention it here (leaving her actual name out of it) because of the bully tactics HE used in private messenger.

Now, bringing me to how all of this ties into the issue with Nick……

Jason inserted himself into the thread I was attempting to ignore after I had pointed out the flaws with Nick’s post and then posted Nick for scamming (and having fake shit on his profile and the wording of his ad). His comments were how I was proven wrong about him yet dragged him through the mud anyways and other typical scammer BS…. More of an attack on MY character than any real proof I had been proven wrong. The same as Nick was doing on the post I made about him that I did not really bother to grace with a reply – other than is that the best defense he had?

 

So, I smarted off to Jason in the other group on Nick’s post – that has been edited to make Nick appear to be the poor, innocent party that I attacked for no reason. Then, I posted the picture of Jason’s truck and the video of the illegal pot farm. Not to mention I have posted several still shots and video of this illegal pot farm over the summer on my feed.

 

All summer I have made snarky remarks in a local group about these illegal pot farms and those who support them. I made snarky remarks that local businesses who support such illegal activity do NOT deserve the business of locals who helped these businesses get established, and are NOW being pushed aside because illegal pot farms will pay them more. Jason doesn’t like the truth. This also brought on a round of private message guilting tactics – the part about how he has a family to feed, and times are tough. Well FYI – as I said in pm – things are tough everywhere for everyone – you are not special in that regard. But not everyone is turning to supporting criminal activity to get by. You did Jason and tred to attack MY character for holding up the mirror to you.

 

A few weeks ago, I spoke on the phone to an acquaintance of both mine & Jason’s at which time I was basically told to “leave Jason alone”. Until yesterday, I had not even given him a second thought. Until he inserted himself into a thread and tried to act holier than thou.

 

The good thing about that thread though…. It seems those supporting these illegal pot farms came out in support of Nick and Jason in the thread. Now the entire community can SEE who is inviting these illegal pot farms into this community and who is doing work for them. No more hiding now huh?

 

Those supporting the pot farms got their start because the LOCALS supported them. Now they push the locals aside for the illegal pot farms and the locals had been commenting on this long before I started with my snarky remarks on their threads!!!!

 

Jason also mentioned in private message that places were losing business because of ME. Gee, I wasn’t aware I held that kind of power! I’m a superhero!!! Guess I will have to dream up some If cool superhero name now….. But, in reality, if they truly are losing business, it is because of their own practices, not because of anything I have said. Unless the pen truly is mightier than the sword. If they truly are losing business, it is because the locals who have supported them are sick and tired of being shit on so these businesses can service illegal pot farms.

 

Remember, I barely leave my own property, so I am NOT out and about in the community. The only way I see what’s going on is via things sent to me anonymously – or as in the case of the illegal grow next to me – because it’s so close to me. Jason acts like I am personally out stalking shit, hell I can barely afford gas for my generator how the hell could I be out stalking shit in a 4x4 truck???? Sorry to burst your bubble Jason, but it isn’t me out taking pictures and videos of what’s going on…. That would be concerned citizens who are afraid of being bullied like you have done to me, or worse, fear the cartel because they have families (like YOU) that they care for. All I do is report on what is submitted to me, that’s it!

 

So, the best defense both of you have is a character attack on me….. Typical leftist logic. When you have no valid argument or no valid defense then it’s r@cist, or poor me I am the real victim here this despicable person is attacking me for no reason….

 

You both got yourselves into this mess by supporting illegal pot farms in this community. You both openly deny that you support these illegal pot farms, yet there is photo and video evidence that you LIE. But somehow I am the bad guy here….

 

Excuse me while I go laugh myself into fits and get some actual work done now…….
