Jehovah Witness Church Ruled EXEMPT from Mandatory Child
Abuse Reporting….
The Jehovah Witness church has been subject to many lawsuits
since 1990, when the child abuse allegations began.
Like the Catholics, this church has been accused of covering
up and hiding child abuse within the organization for decades.
One such case was awarded millions of dollars in Montana –
but then the case was appealed….

The Jehovah's Witnesses
appealed the case. Last month, the Montana Supreme Court ruled in the
organization's favor, finding that the lower court erred when it said Jehovah's
Witnesses had a duty to report. In its opinion, the court said the Jehovah's
Witnesses were exempt.
That was not the first time
the organization argued it has no duty to report suspected abuse.

I
find it interesting that all these abuse allegations are coming out about
churches and other religious organizations, yet little to nothing is truly done
to protect the children reporting the crimes.
Why
are we – as a society – allowing this shit to occur??? These children are the
future of society itself!!! If they are damaged how can society as a whole
survive????
