Perjury is a crime ya know

 

I wasn't gonna comment on a matter that has been going on, but somehow I feel it needs to be said....

The idea that you are all over social media lying is not a surprise. But, outright lying on official court documents is perjury and is a crime. The idea that people actually believe the lies is jaw dropping, even when hard evidence of those lies is posted.

I cannot wait to see how you handle facing the deputies who cleaned up your October 10, 2023 mess......

Are they liars too? How about KESQ news, did they lie about you too?

How is it that everyone is lying and only you are able to tell the truth? People who never met each other, never knew about each other but all have similar stories..... According to you they are all lying about you.....

How is it that so many animal control officers in multiple counties, all have the same complaints from different sources, yet you claim they are all lies.....

How is it that you claim an animal was stolen when you were cited by animal control for that animal, and it was NOT released to the rescue - it was released to me. Are you claiming that animal control stole the animal? What about the other animals you abandoned that day? Are they "stolen" as well?

How is it that you are always the victim of "vindictive" exes and you never did anything to deserve what is happening to you? 

How is it that "haters" committed arson in DHS even when that is not what the official fire report claims? did the fire chief lie too?

How is it that the logo you claim is yours was actually designed by someone else and you continued using it without her permission, but she is lying that she created it?

Why is it all of these people, who have never met before, fear you using animal control as a weapon against them all the while you claim you never threatened them with it?

Oh, people will call but not you? Yet you held it over their heads in order to keep people from seeing the true conditions those poor animals existed in a secret.....

Yes, you "founded" a rescue that you stole from RLD after emotionally destroying her....... But, the board is in charge, not the founder and the board must do what's right for the rescue, not what the founder wants / demands.

You claim people are stalking, harassing and threatening you, yet it is you and your friends stalking my pages, making posts with lies and trying to keep the drama going by also filing false papers with the court. 

So, it is gonna be fun when the judge has no choice but to acknowledge the perjury you committed on that paperwork.

FELONY - how is that gonna look when you try to convince people that everyone is lying on you and only you can tell the truth - when a judge finally holds you accountable for the lies you tell???

• deliberately failing to correctly identify a suspect,
• falsely identifying a suspect on purpose,
• signing an affidavit when you know it has false information.

You could also face perjury charges if you falsely fill out an application for a California driver's license on purpose.

As you can see, perjury charges require that the defendant intentionally lies or provides misleading testimony while knowing exactly what they were doing."
